Two 3 bedroom villas with private pools terraced gardens and wonderful sea views

Brand new for 2016. Forget me not villas are two villas tucked away in the olive groves in the beautiful area of Svoronata. Svoronata is a quiet, lush green area with fantastic beaches, several local eateries and mini markets.It is a great base for your holiday . The main town is 10 minutes drive. Here you will find an abundance of boutiques ,restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Also close is the popular resort of Lassi too which has beaches with watersports and many more amenities .Both villas have their own gorgeous private pools with waterfall effect and are situated in a large landscaped garden set on several levels.

Both Villas face south enjoying the sun all day and have magnificent views of the Ionian sea.Whilst having plenty of cool shady areas for relaxation. Each villa sleeps 6 and whilst each are very private they are close enough to accommodate large parties up to 12 people.

Villa No 2 has two floors All rooms are beautifully furnished to the highest standards.Downstairs has a open plan kitchen- dining -living area opening on to a large terrace which overlooks the garden and has amazing sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with full oven and hob ,dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.There is even a wood burning stove for our winter guests. From here walk down to the pool and garden area with it's lovely seating area. Also on this floor is twin or double bedroom according to guest wishes and a bathroom with shower. Walking up the stairs we get an beautiful view of the pool ,garden and the sea through the large stair window. On the upper floor we have a spacious twin/double room with balcony which overlooks the garden below. Also a bathroom with spacious shower and a double room with a large balcony with views of the ionian sea. It is everyone,s favourite spot. A really beautiful Villa.
